Our osteopath focuses treatment on the neuro-musculoskeletal system which includes the parts of the body, such as muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints.
At A|S Heath and Performance, our Osteopath treats people of all ages, from children to adults and the elderly. They are trained to assess and manage all types of musculoskeletal conditions, This includes sport injuries, back pain, nerve pain, headaches, joint strains and muscle sprains among other health other concerns.

Manual Therapy
A combination of manual techniques such as deep tissue massage, mobilisations, muscle energy technique, HVLA (high velocity low amplitude manipulation), dry needling and cupping to help facilitate healing within the body’s musculoskeletal system.

Personalised exercise program to help client improve overall health and wellness and also achieve specific goals.
How to get started
If this is your first time visiting our osteopath, you will need to book an Initial Consultation.
During this appointment, we will complete a detailed case history and a comprehensive assessment of your current health concerns. This may include testing of muscle strength, orthopaedic and neurological assessments, as well as gait and movement analysis.
The practitioner will work to identify the cause of your pain and provide a personalised treatment and management plan tailored to your needs.
