Osteopath
Akeisha Sandhu
Dr. Akeisha Sandhu is a fully qualified and registered Osteopath and a member of Osteopathy Australia and Sports Medicine Australia. She graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Akeisha takes a holistic approach to health, believing that it is multidimensional. She strives to help her patients improve their quality of life and everyday function by providing individualized and tailored consultations and treatment approaches. Akeisha's interest in Osteopathy stems from her love of understanding human anatomy and physiology and the benefits of exercise for both the mind and body. In addition to her work as an Osteopath, Akeisha is an elite athlete, currently playing for Essendon Royals Soccer Club in The National Premier League in Victoria. She has played Football in Europe and has also been a part of the young Matildas team. She has served as the Captain of South Melbourne Football Club and Victoria State Team. Akeisha is passionate about achieving optimal physical health and performance, whether for sports or everyday living, and is a strong advocate for health and wellbeing. Outside of her work and athletic pursuits, Akeisha enjoys spending time with her English Staffy, engaging in outdoor activities, and dining out with friends and family.

Physiotherapist
Aarvinder Sandhu
Aarvinder Sandhu (Aarvi) is a physiotherapist who graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2018, following a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Physiology and Anatomy. He brings extensive experience across elite sporting environments and hospital settings, having worked with high-level athletes and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Aarvi has been mentored by leading health professionals in Australia, developing a strong clinical approach focused on both injury management and long-term performance. Aarvi has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, specialising in sports injuries, as well as back and shoulder pain. His treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with structured rehabilitation and strength-based principles to achieve lasting results. His experience includes working with athletes across multiple representative pathways, including: Olympic preparation programs National Premier League and A-League pathways Touch Football Victoria (National Touch League) Victoria Metro soccer (National Championships) Iron Armour Academy Victorian Rugby Union (VRU) Victorian Rugby League European Rugby Tour Aarvi continues to work with elite and semi-professional athletes, while also helping everyday individuals recover from injury, build strength, and improve overall performance. Outside of physiotherapy, Aarvi trains consistently with a strong focus on strength and conditioning. He is also a music producer, bringing the same discipline and creativity into his work outside the clinic. His commitment to health, performance, and continuous development underpins both his professional and personal pursuits. He has completed further education in strength and conditioning, as well as advanced training in spinal health and injury management, including the McGill Method Levels 1, 2, and 3.
